All works of art featured on Brian's site are for sale except the examples of those shown belonging to private collections. Alongside each work you will find information on asking price, size, and medium. All works are framed.
All prices are shown in British Pounds.
Once the buyers have contacted us either by email or phone we will send an invoice via PayPal. However with prior arrangements collection is available in person with a bankers draft. Please note that if you decide to pay by cheque, we can only release the work once your cheque has cleared.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Customers can pay by PayPal, Bankers Draft or Cheque. Payments are only accepted in pound sterling. Goods will only be dispatched once receipt of cleared funds.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability and are sold on a first come first served basis.
DISPATCH
All works are dispatched within five working days of payment being received, unless we inform you about delay or propose different arrangements. Dispatch costs are included in the prices quoted for works of art.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with any work bought from me, you can receive a refund (excluding all delivery costs) by returning the work within ten days of receipt. That means that if you return the work of art, you will be liable to pay the costs of shipping both ways - to you and back to me. You are responsible for the cost of returning the work to us in its original condition and of insuring it during transit. If returned there will be an admin charge of £20.
VIEWING A WORK
If you would like to view a work of art before purchase please contact me either by telephone or email, I will endeavour to arrange this where possible.
